⚠️ Important Notice: Our products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of our health supplement products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us at nutricoresarvadnya@gmail.com with your order number
  • Include "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject line
  • Provide your order details and reason for cancellation
  • We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund if payment has been processed

1.2 After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. The order will proceed to delivery as scheduled.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy: SARVITAL products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Allergy or sensitivity (please check ingredients before purchase)
  • Damaged packaging (unless product is unusable - see Section 3)

3. Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged beyond use (product is unusable due to damage during shipping)
  • Defective (manufacturing defect that makes the product unsafe or unusable)
  • Wrong product (you received a different product than what you ordered)

Please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and, if verified, provide a replacement product. Refunds will only be issued if replacement is not possible.

4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)

5. Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not as expected
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products past their expiration date (please check before purchase)

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

6. Order Modifications

Order modifications (change of address, quantity, etc.) are only possible before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

  3. Include relevant photographs if applicable
  4. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
